ACCOUNTS PAYABLE CLER Do you love working with numbers? Adapt quickly to different situations? Looking for an interesting job, with varied duties, then this is for you.Uniweld Products is looking for a self-starter with analytic skills and a good command of the English language (written and spoken). Someone that likes to maintain accuracy and work independently or collaborate with others.You will be computing, classifying, and recording numerical data to keep financial records complete according to Company procedures and assisting with other accounting duties as needed. KEY REQUIREMENTS, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS Good command of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook [E-mail] Operate 10-key calculator, keyboard, Copy machines, and telephone. Knowledge of Business Accounting or (ERP) Enterprise Resource Planning software Payment of invoices, reconciling or note and report discrepancies found in records. Communication and Organizational skills Following instructions (written and verbal) is necessary.
