Our Bismarck, ND Office is immediately hiring a Accounts Payable Clerk. Job Summary: The Accounts Payable Clerk's nature of responsibilities involve assisting the Accounting department in keeping records of financial transactions. Processes transactions as they occur or in a chronological order, such as invoices. Duties also include the accounts payable transactions for MME Logistics. Job Duties: Review, code, and process accounts payable invoices in a timely manner. Review, code, and process shop and maintenance accounts payable requests through EMS system. Research vendor statements, follow up to address discrepancies. Assist with Form 1099 Compliance for MME Review expense reports for accuracy to ensure compliance with corporate policy before paying. File invoices and statements (unpaid and paid). Prepare deposits and related journal entries. Track monthly rent income. Assist Accountant with preparation of Sales and Use Tax returns and compilation of supporting information. Provide support during audits. Special projects as required.
