SWIM USA is the premiere designer and manufacturer of women's swimwear located in Easton, PA. We are 84 years young and seeking a dynamic Accounts Payable Associate to join our team. Job Summary: The Accounts Payable Associate will process invoices, pay vendors and control costs. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Acquire and verify approval on all invoices. Code invoices with proper GL number. Enter invoices in OSAS (accounting software) Obtain approval and verification on all company credit card charges. Update and maintain vendor database. Reconcile vendor statements. Maintain account payable files. All other duties as assigned by the AP Supervisor Qualifications/Requirements: Education: High School Diploma required; Associates Degree preferredExperience: A minimum of 3-5 years A/P experienceSkills: Microsoft Suite, including intermediate Excel skillsTravel: N/AWorking Conditions: OfficePhysical Demands: Must be able to stand, sit, and walk 8 hours/dayAll candidates MUST provide proof of at least 1 (one) COVID vaccination at the time an offer is made, or contact the SWIM USA Human Resources team, if eligible for an exemption.SWIM USA is an EOE
