Great news! We're hiring… Accounts Payable Assistant (Stock) We’re looking for an Accounts Payable Assistant to join our Finance team in London. You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and accurate processing of invoices, supporting the wider financial team. What will you be doing? You’ll accurately post stock invoices to our financial system. You are confident at resolving invoice discrepancies by interacting with suppliers and other departments as needed. You’re accountable for the management of on time supplier payments. You are experienced at supplier reconciliations and supplier account maintenance. You’re excellent at building and maintaining relationships with internal teams and suppliers. You’ll manage the Accounts Payable Inbox on a rotation basis. What you’ll bring… The good stuff… To be successful you’ll have 2-3 years’ experience in an Accounts Payable role. Have previous stock reconciliation experience in a fast-paced environment. Have intermediate Microsoft Excel experience utilising Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP. You’ll have experience working with PO stock invoices and be confident managing these end to end on a daily basis. The great stuff… You’re a motivated individual, able to work independently and as part of a team. You have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. You have excellent written and verbal communication skills. You are organised with excellent communication skills. You have previous r etail experience. Who are we?
