Summary of Role: An expanding dealer group is looking to employ an Accounts Clerk to provide a key support function within the Accounts Invoicing department at their Head Office. The role will require a flexible approach and at times will provide a varied workload. You will have the ability to plan and organise your workload and deliver an accurate, timely and professional service. You will utilise many IT systems and software applications, but training will be given. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is consistently accurate and has the capability to work under pressure to deliver a busy sales invoicing as well as a diverse workload to tight deadlines. Salary £21-22,000 Dependant on Experience, Full Time 37.5hours Mon-Fri or Part Time hours could be considered at a pro rata basis. Job Description: Accounts Some basic knowledge of Accountancy in order to process and invoice customer transactions - Maybe you are studying AAT Reconciliation of petty cash, bank and various other workbooks Assisting with the stock check process Maintain other workbooks thoroughly and accurately Complete compliance check list on the vehicle files General Any other reasonable administrative tasks requested in order to provide required levels of support to the business Complete paperwork tasks efficiently and in a timely manner Communicate clearly, proactively and professionally to customers, management and colleagues alike and treat everyone with respect Adhere to Company Policies, Procedures and Codes of Conduct Person Specification Honesty and integrity Team player Effective time management and flexibility to workload Literate, numerate and proficient computer skills.
