Position: Accounts Assistant Location: Galway Salary: DOE Our client is currently looking to recruit an Accounts Assistant to join their team in Galway. This is an excellent opportunity to begin a career in accounts with career progression and support available. Main Responsibilities: Checking of invoices against purchase orders. Checking of prices on invoices. Accurate data input on the accounts system. Payment of suppliers. Payment of subcontractors. Reconciliation of creditor statements to accounts system. Other general ad-hoc account duties as required. Minimum Requirements: 1+ years’ experience in a similar role. Excellent communication skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office and Excel. Accurate inputting of data on the accounting systems.
