About Us We specialize in providing engineering, project management, and field services for the electric utility industry. Our team comprises senior professionals licensed in over 10 states with extensive backgrounds in various utility and industrial projects and operations. We deliver the best talent for our clients, and provide custom solutions to their engineering, operations, and planning challenges. About the Role The ideal candidate is looking for an opportunity with an incredible team and has experience in payroll, accounting, financial reports and contracts. Responsibilities Include: Run Payroll in ADP and troubleshoot employee ADP issues (i.e. password resets, technical issues, payroll questions etc.) Perform Employee onboarding activities Perform and manage Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable activities Prepare, reconcile, and send Invoices Prepare company Financial Business Plans, forecast Monthly Company Costs and manage company overheads and reconcile statements Assist in contracts administration and other IT projects About You Experience working in an accounting role required Payroll experience required Attention to detail, a passion for learning and ability to thrive in a remote work environment Conscientious self-starter and team player with an ability to work independently Supervision experience a plus Contracts administration experience a plus Business licensing experience a plus Why work for us?
