Made Possible.SUMMARY:ThisAccounting Coordinator role will have primary ownership of the payroll and other various routine work within the finance department.JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:include but are not limited to the following: * Process Payroll and all applicable reports. * Responsible for training payroll functions as well as compliance review. * Perform various daily, weekly, and month-end duties, including account reconciliations and reporting. * Obtain and support a working knowledge of invoice and purchasing processes and procedures within SAP, which includes monitoring and assisting mill personnel with purchasing workflows. * Responsible for good receipts of raw materials into SAP. * Responsible for maintenance & operational expense tracking and reporting, including annual outage. * Perform assigned annual budget tasks. * Assist in Financial and SOX audits. * Perform other related duties as required.EDUCATION / KNOWLEDGE: * 3-5 years accounting experience; a manufacturing environment is preferred SAP or other ERP experience a plus * Bachelors degree requiredSPECIFIC SKILLS: * Strong analytical and conceptual skills * Self-Starter with ability to multitask and prioritize while meeting deadlines * Confidence and ability to interact with various people across departmental lines to achieve goals. * Strong oral and written communication skills. * A strong command of MS Office applications, especially in Excel * Can demonstrate regular and reliable attendance at workKEY COMPETENCIES: * Growth Mindset in Developing Talent and Teams and Continuous Improvement * Leadership Mindset in Enabling Performance and Engaging Employees * Strategic Mindset in delivering a High-Performance Organization * Problem Solving * Timely Decision Making * Drive for Results * Functional/Technical SkillsNearest Major Market: Waco
