Precision Heating & Cooling is a local HVAC company serving the Northborough, MA area. We are looking for a full-time Accounting / HR Manager who is a dependable, detailed, team player. When you join our team, you are more than a number, you are a valued member of our family. Pay Scale: Salaried, Dependent upon experience + Benefits Benefits: Medical, Dental, 2 weeks PTO, 401k w/company match, Bonus opportunity Work Hours: Flexible hours available Required Qualifications: 10+ years of financial closing experience (month-end and year-end) 10+ years of progressive accounting experience Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principals 3+ Years in a supervisory role Working knowledge of QuickBooks Demonstrated core leadership skills Ability to motivate and encourage others Demonstrated strength in the understanding of human relationships and connections Working Knowledge of computer-based spreadsheets and reporting Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel Ability to confront issues head-on using tact and diplomacy Impeccable communication skills Proven Human Resources and Benefits management experience Ability to follow directions with written processes/procedures Qualifications desired: AS degree or bachelor's degree in accounting Construction-related or similar industry experience is a plus Experience working with Service Titan accountant, book keeper, office manager, office coordinator, accounting, finance, bookkeeping, bookkeeper jobs
