PCS invests in its team members; offering full benefits to employees, including matching 401 (k)! Currently looking for an Accounting/HR Manager Team Member Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday Salary: $41,600 - $52,000 a year Position Information: Individual will be responsible for providing human resources and accounting leadership for operations in Michigan, Indiana and Ohio. Individual will work closely with accounting and human resources personnel to provide clear and accurate financial records and employee development support. Individual should be highly organized and able to multitask with ease. Responsibilities include but are not limited to payroll operations, process improvements, data management, and more.Individual must possess the following: Three or more year's proven experience implementing human resources programs Prior accounting experience, performing accounts payable, payroll and general ledger duties. Working knowledge of automated accounting systems, such as QuickBooks Problem-solving and research skills Self-motivation to complete tasks with a sense of urgency Demonstrate working knowledge of Microsoft suite of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Excellent organizational and time-management skills Strong written and oral communication skills Interpersonal skills necessary in order to interact effectively with individuals at all levels of the company, including senior-level executives to front-line workers Problem-solving attitude with an eye for detail The ideal candidate for this position: Detailed oriented - Great leadership characteristics - Resolve issues in an efficient and timely manner - Have a sense of urgency and great communication skills - Enthusiastic and have a very strong work ethic - Regular and Reliable attendance is a MUST - Takes pride in a job well done REQUIREMENTS 18 years or older - Prior experience and leadership experience a plus- Must have reliable transportation Benefits of being part of the great PCS team: WEEKLY PAY - Medical, dental and vision insurance - Paid vacation and holidays - Employee recognition program - Advancement opportunities - Paid training - 401(k) company matching Job Posted by ApplicantPro
