This individual will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate financial record-keeping and will assist in the day-to-day operations of our company. Responsibilities: Process payment receipts and bank deposits in a timely and accurate manner. Assist with Accounts Payable by reviewing invoices and obtaining proper approvals before processing payments. Reconcile company Direct Bill commission statements to ensure accurate payments are received. Monitor the Accounts Receivable aging report and follow up with customers to collect on delinquent accounts. Responsible for mailing invoices and statements to customers and ensuring all customer information is up to date. Perform light clerical duties such as filing and providing backup to manage company inbox. Assist with License compliance by ensuring all necessary licenses and certifications are up to date and properly recorded. Other duties as assigned by the Controller to support the accounting team and ensure timely completion of tasks. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of bookkeeping and/or accounting assistant experience preferred. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with team members and external stakeholders. Strong numeracy and analytical skills to accurately record financial transactions and reconcile accounts. Good problem-solving and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Highly organized and detail-oriented to maintain accurate financial records and files. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Benefits Salary: $50,000-60,000 annually.
