JOB DESCRIPTION AP / AR CLERK Sandstone Site Services is a growing company looking for highly motivated individuals to join our team. Sandstone is 60 employees strong and looking for more crew leads to join our team. Responsibilities: Responsible for timely submission of all Monthly billing packets (AIA, Lien Release, Sworn Statements, etc.) Works with project managers to get updated information for billing. Maintain up-to-date records of all NTO's for current projects and tracking for the start and end of the project. Job Start tracking and document tracking. Maintain electronic job files (Contracts, C/O's, Billing, NTO's, Releases, Insurance Certificates and Correspondence) Submit weekly job cost reports to Project Managers. Coordinate changes needed on job cost coding. Process Subcontract pay applications and submit for payment. Job Costing tracking and analysis. Qualifications: Deadline and Detail-Oriented Experience in Foundation Accounting Software (Preferred) Must have excellent oral communication skills and ability to answer a multiple line phone system. 3+ years accounts payable experience in the construction field. 3+ years general accounting experience. Ability to work in a face paced environment.
