Who you are: Looking for an experienced Accounting Clerk who prides themselves on strong decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical skills. An individual who thrives in a manufacturing environment, where attention to detail, and a keen eye for quality is in the forefront. We are searching for a team player who has experience and comfortability running internal reports as well as analyzing trends, processing invoices and contracts for our clients. In addition, this individual will know their way around spreadsheets. Our partner is looking for an individual to join their team, who will transition seamlessly and place quality and integrity at the heart of the organization! What you will be doing: The Accounting Clerk is a member of the Finance team and will support accurate processing and recording of the company's payroll, provide timely and accurate financial information, and participate in daily data entry, running reports for our leadership team as well as strong analytical thinking skills. Our ideal candidate has: Associate degree Working knowledge of payroll best practices Strong knowledge of federal and state regulations Strong PC skills including proficiency in Excel Working knowledge of Ascentis/UKG Payroll System Strong work ethic and team player High degree of professionalism Ability to deal sensitively with confidential material Strong interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills Ability to communicate with various levels of management Decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical skills Organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills About our client: Our client is the manufacturing and market leader in North America of spouted pouches. We are a strategic partnership established in 2008 to develop and support spouted pouch technology in North America. The partnership consists of Hosokawa Yoko (Japan), Gualapack (Italy) and CDF Corporation (US). Each of the three partners brings a great deal of experience and knowledge to support the efforts in the USA. Additionally, they provided an engineered solution which includes film development, injection molded straws and caps and converting to meet your exact requirements. Additional information: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Salary range listed between 50k-60k Sign-on bonus: $1,000
