JOB TITLE: Accounting Clerk/BookkeeperJOB OVERVIEW: Assisting business office with various accounting duties such as accounts payable, payroll, human resources, etc. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: Accounts Payable review and verify invoices and check requests sort, code and match invoices set invoices up for payment enter and upload invoices into system track expenses and process expense reports monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues maintain vendor files produce monthly reports assist with month end closing provide supporting documentation for audits Other duties as assigned Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Must be organized and have great attention to detail. Must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality. Must have sound judgement and exceptional problem solving skills. Education and Experience: 2+ years accounting experience a must.
