PTO hours with increase PTO hours based on tenure Paid Holidays Work Hours: 40 Hours per Week - Shifts vary between 7:00 am - 6:00 pm Monday - Friday Primary Job Function: Responsible for basic bookkeeping functions including but not limited to assisting with Accounts Receivable collections and client accounts, account reconciliations, and vendor invoicing. Take incoming inquiries about Accounts Receivable and/or Accounts Payable needs. Assist accounting manager as assigned. Appropriately support and represent Hamstra's Mission and Values Required Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent Ability to multi-task Basic understanding of Microsoft Office products Professional phone etiquette Strong verbal and written communication skills High Level of attention to detail, organization, and task follow-through Prioritize and manage time effectively Display positive energy and attitude with an eagerness to learn Desired Qualifications: General accounting knowledge or experience Microsoft Excel knowledge
