Do you love digging into data, organizing, and problem-solving? We want to hear from you! We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented accountant to help keep our financial information in order and up to date. You’ll be in charge of bookkeeping, producing financial reports, and recording accurate information in QuickBooks. If this sounds like you, we highly encourage you to apply. Responsibilities: • Manage payroll duties to ensure employees are paid on time• Make sure accounts payable/accounts receivable are processed efficiently• Prepare all financial statements and bank reconciliations• Properly record financial transactions• Complete bookkeeping duties: Data entry and record maintenance• Ensure all agent commissions are processed timely• Ability to lead and manage an office staff• Occasional training of agents Qualifications: • Exceptional knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)• Strong knowledge of QuickBooks, Excel, and basic accounting systems• Excellent time management, problem-solving, and communication skills• At least 2 years of work experience at an accounting firm or as a cost accountant, management accountant, bookkeeper, or related position• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field required Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 yearly About Company: At Keller Williams, we are committed to providing our agents with unparalleled support and resources.
