HME Specialists is a large local employer with an exciting job opportunity on our finance team! In addition to our competitive pay, we offer a full range of benefits and a pleasant work environment. This position is responsible for the monthly financial closing, account reconciliations, preparation for journal entries, transferring information from Brightree to Sage, set up of AP Vendor Master, positive pay and other duties as assigned. EXPERIENCE NEEDED Bachelor's Degree in accounting, Finance, or related field 3 - 5 years of related experience (Preferred) Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications Experience with QuickBooks, Sage, or other accounting software products. Comfortable with calculating figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages to practical situations. Must be flexible and motivated to work on cross functional teams Job Type: Full Time Pay: $50,000 to $65,000 Based on experience.
