Job Description: AccountantKingdom Holdings is a Christian company which operates as the parent organization of Kingdom Staffing, Office Pride of Louisville, Office Pride of Lexington, and Office Pride of Elizabethtown offering Finance, Sales, HR, Operations and Leadership Support. We are looking for an Accountant to oversee all organizations financials to ensure continued growth, compliance and increasing systems/processes. We are looking for someone who is willing to understand the facility services and staffing industries, and own the financials through rapid growth.The ideal candidate would be entrepreneurial, enjoy challenges, and team focused. We're looking for a detail-oriented, hardworking and quick-thinking accountant to join our team. Successful candidates for this position will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of accounting, including vendor and bank relationships, scheduling meetings and ensure financial sustainability. The ideal candidate will have experience in accounting software. journal entries, creating policies, tracking expenses and invoicing clients, and will also be capable of multi-tasking effectively.Responsibilities: Maintain documentation of processes and policies in the organization. Prepare financial statements, budget reports and forecasts. Oversee all companies’ AR, AP, cash flow and revenue cycle. Communicate with other departments and external parties. Maintain multiple accounting systems for each entity. Conduct cost-benefit analysis of operations and project proposals. Oversee technical accounting methods used by other departments. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or 2-4 years of related experience Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) GAAP knowledge Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills QuickBooks Experience
