The Account Manager is responsible to understand client expectations & consistently exceeds client expectations; keeps customers well-informed, listens to them attentively, and addresses their concerns. Account Manager will participate in customer meetings, and formal presentations. Candidates in this roll will maintain landscape agreements, complete punch lists, and prepare proposals for renewal as well as property inspection reports with improvement recommendations. The Account Manager will work alongside the Operations Manager to maintain a high retention rate and produce a departmental GPM that ensures the company achieves profit goals for the year. Previous Account Manager Experience Preferred Must have a current Driver's License Strong work ethic and oral and written communication skills Microsoft Outlook, EXCEL, and WORD proficient Bachelor or Associate degree preferred or combination of education and experience.
