We are seeking a motivated payroll executive that exhibits the strong drive, communication skills, and detail orientation necessary to succeed in being the first point of contact for client payroll inquiries on the phone, through e-mail, or in person.With over 40 years of combined experience in the fields of payroll, workers' compensation, employee benefits, and human resources, iBusinessSolutions offers the opportunity for representatives to earn the trust and respect of local businesses while building a solid career with a local company. Our ideal candidate is hardworking, goal-oriented, focused, and success driven, and we will provide comprehensive training to ensure that our candidates are well-equipped and prepared in our business market. In this position, you will be responsible for: • Providing excellent customer service to retain and build solid working relationships with clients.• Ability to communicate efficiently via phone and/or emails.• Accurately recording and punctually entering and processing client payrolls.• Entering and balancing client data.• Assist with timekeeping.• Assisting with packing payroll packages and tax forms.• Learn report writer.• Able to learn, implement, and train clients on the HCM system and ancillary products.• Assist in the reconciliation of payroll accounts as needed.• Demonstrate efficiency and flexibility in performing detailed tasks in a fast-paced work environment with frequent interruptions.• Maintain an updated knowledge of payroll laws (Wage and Hour Laws and multi state laws)• Completing office tasks as needed• Participating in departmental projects and initiatives• Able to work independently and with a team. We are seeking candidates that possess the following qualifications: Multi-tasking ability Self-motivation Strong attention to detail Team attitude Appropriate phone etiquette Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel Ability to adapt to quick environments Time management Knowledge of payroll processing Knowledge of payroll tax preferred Flexible Hours: (8:30 to 5pm) or (9:00 AM to 5:30) PM Monday through FridayJoin our team, and you will inspire positive change in our community!0
