The ideal candidate for this role will be willing to roll up their sleeves and put in the work required to meet ambitious sales quotas, including a high volume of nurturing activities for cold and warm leads through in person communications, phone calls and constant follow ups. A successful person for this position must know time management, pay attention details, and have a reputation for closing deals and maintaining great business relationships. You should be a great problem solver, self-starter, resourceful, analytical, adaptable, and organized with the ability to build rapport with prospects. We are looking for personality traits with much integrity and charisma, as this individual will be entrusted with the representation of our reputable title company. Responsibilities Analyze the local marketplace to identify prospective clients and opportunities, develop strategies to win their business and execute on the plan to secure and maintain orders Attend networking events to share the S2C brand message and engage new business connections Engage leads to move them through the sales cycle including regular follow up calls, emails, meetings and digital engagement Steward existing assigned account relationships to maintain business relationships, grow business orders and secure referrals Document all sales activity in CRM / Salesforce Achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales engagement goals Provide feedback on customer needs, problems, interests and competitive activities Collaborate with colleagues on sales orders and promotional events Have fun, work hard and WIN! Qualifications B2B Business Development Experience: 2-3+ years (preferred) Title Experience: 1+ year (preferred) Organized, self-starter motivated by achieving and exceeding goals Ability to build strong, long-lasting relationships through exceptional consultative selling and engagement Exceptional oral and written communication skills Capable of making a high volume of in-person and electronic/phone contacts with prospects and clients Interest in (and ability to learn) the title and real estate industry Willingness to work collaboratively demonstrate with a team Experience with CRM software (i.e Salesforce) Excellent time management, able to manage multiple priorities and commitment to achieve deadlines Positive outlook and strong sense of personal accountability What We Offer A high energy, active and engaging work environment Base salary + commission Medical/Dental/Vision available Gas and phone allowance Tax deferred retirement plan with company match
