Position Summary Our client is in search of a strategic and results:driven Account Director to enhance their U.S. operations. This critical role focuses on managing and expanding the client portfolio on the West Coast and will involve close collaboration with the companys Chief Customer Officer and other key internal stakeholders. This position offers the flexibility of remote work and is geared towards an individual ready to play a key role in the companys growth and strategic direction. Key Responsibilities: * Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining and strengthening relationships* Develop and implement strategies to attract new business and expand the current client base* Manage partnerships across various fields such as Data, MarTech, and Media Strategy to meet client needs* Oversee the project management lifecycle including scoping, resource allocation, delivery, and budget management to ensure client satisfaction* Collaborate with cross:functional teams to facilitate seamless project execution* Anticipate client needs, identify potential challenges, and propose effective solutions* Maintain regular communication with clients, reporting on account performance and strategic outcomes Candidate Profile: * A minimum of 7 years in account management, SaaS sales, data consulting, or media strategy* Proven track record in managing and growing complex client relationships, preferably with blue chip entities* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills* Strong capabilities in project management, multitasking, and prioritization* Familiarity with various project management and client reporting tools* Continuous learner with a passion for industry trends and best practices What We Offer: * Salary of 110,000:140,000 plus bonuses, with equity options* A comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, along with a 401(k) plan with employer matching* Remote:friendly work arrangements offering flexibility* Ample opportunities for professional growth and development in an environment that values creativity and collaboration How If this role is of interest and you would like to learn more, please attach your CV to the link provided and our client will be in direct contact.
