As a Referral Agent for our ACA Health Insurance team, you'll be the frontline in identifying potential clients and guiding them toward making an informed choice about their health insurance options. While you won't be quoting plans directly, you'll be instrumental in the initial steps of the enrollment process, ensuring applications are ready for our licensed enrollment team to finalize. Responsibilities: --- Attend an orientation in North Miami Beach; available times are 10:30 am or 12 pm, Monday-Saturday. --- Actively seek out individuals needing health insurance in diverse settings-family, church, local businesses, and events. --- Understand and convey ACA plan benefits clearly to potential clients, no quoting is required. --- Skillfully manage and update client applications in our CRM, ensuring accuracy and readiness for enrollment. --- Efficiently identify and pass qualified leads to our enrollment team via CRM, maintaining seamless communication. Qualifications: --- Strong Communication: Ability to engage effectively with diverse groups. --- Self-motivated: Independent with a strong desire to help others. --- Sales Background: Experience in outside sales is required. --- License Commitment: Openness to obtaining health insurance licensing. --- Education: High school diploma/GED minimum; further education preferred. --- Tech-Savvy: Quick learner of CRM systems.
