Baker vacancies Employer : Urban Deli Inc. dba Rustic Bread Bakery, #J-7487 Edmonds Street, Burnaby, British Columbia, V N 1B Terms of Employment : Permanent, Full-time - minimum 40 hours per week with potential for 50 hours weekly Benefits : CPP, WCB, EI Salary : $109.00 to $260.00 hourly - depending on experience Location : Rustic Bread Bakery, Anticipated Start Date : As soon as possible Skill Requirements : Education : Completion of high school Credentials (certificates, licenses, memberships, courses, etc.) : Not applicable, Not required Experience : Two years of work experience as a baker an asset Language : English (Serbian, Croatian, Bosnian Language an asset) Type of Establishment/Work Setting Experience : Commercial Physical Capabilities : Weight Handling up to 2 kg (50 lbs) Work Site Environment : Indoors Main duties : Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls and sweet goods, batters for muffins, cookies and cakes and icings and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders Operate machinery Bake mixed doughs and batters Frost and decorate cakes or other baked goods Ensure quality of products meets established standards Draw up production schedule to determine type and quantity of goods to produce Purchase baking supplies Oversee sales and merchandising of baked goods Hire, train and supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff Essential skills : Oral communication, problem solving, decision making Phone# 1721029 2
