$845wk Commercial Tire Technicians

Description:
We have an immediate need for Commercial Tire Technicians who will be responsible for properly and safely performing the tire and related services needed for all commercial tire users both in the truck care center and on the road. Work hours are Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Responsibilities: Train to perform match mounting, match mating dual assemblies, and radial run-out as necessaryInflate tire to prescribed PSI requirementsPerform roadside service calls on a rotating on-call scheduleDetermine repairable tire conditions and making such repairsRemove tire and re-treading or repair as neededProperly execute required service tickets and respond to customer service calls, diagnosing issues, and on-site repairs or replacements in a timely mannerClean and maintain service equipment and maintain assigned service vehicleComply with OSHA regulations, safety requirements, and wear proper PPE when neededPerform other functions as required Job RequirementsQualifications: Must have a High School Diploma or GEDMust have previous Commercial Service Tire experience along with a mechanical aptitudeMust have strong communication skillsMust be a self-starter, willing to take initiative, work without direct supervision, and attend appropriate training sessionsMust have the ability to work in a results-oriented, fast-paced environment as part of a teamMust be able to follow all safety proceduresMust be able to work a flexible schedule on a rotating basis; perform service calls on nights and/or weekends on a rotating basisMust have a valid drivers license with a clean driving recordOnly candidates that can pass a background check and drug screen will be considered.
