Learn More About Our Company Job Purpose The Shipping and Receiving Operator coordinates shipping documents and reconciles production reporting daily; prepares transport documents for out of country shipments. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Coordinate receipt, filing, and accuracy of shipping documents:Prepare shipping documents, including out of country shipments. Ensures required documents are accurately completed and maintained n an orderly file.:Accurately and timely completes entries into BAAN/SAP.:Creates plan shipment documents:Provides backup coverage for Logistics Specialist and other department employees when assigned.:Must be able to operate a lift truck, and have or be able to obtain a forklift truck license:Other duties as assigned Qualifications Minimum Qualifications :High school diploma/GED from an accredited institution and at least 1:year experience in an administrative support role and or shipping receiving position at a manufacturing facility or distribution center:Ability to use computer systems including MRP and MS office:Ability to read and interpret documents in local language, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.:Ability to do mathematical functions, including add, subtract, multiply, divide, interpret Pareto Charts, Bar graphs, Flow charts, and other quality tools General Job Requirementsstylemargin:top:0.0;margin:bottom:0.0::This position will work in an office setting, expect minimal physical demands.:This position requires you to drive a company vehicle. Therefore, you must be able to pass the company's driving requirements. Certain vehicles may also require a specific drivers license and have additional driving requirements.
