Direct Marketing Solutions is looking for a 2nd Shift Operator to join our team. Wherever you may be in your career, DMS could be the place for you! Position Summary: The Operator runs commercial size machines to fold and/or insert mail pieces for Direct Marketing Solutions (DMS). Primary Responsibilities: Sets up, operates, and maintains folder or inserter machines according to job specifications. Meets established production volume and quality requirements using the checklist provided. Performs gate adjustments, roller calibrations, etc., as needed. Trays, palletizes, and wraps completed product securely for shipment while limiting damage. Cleans up the workstation, refills trays and sleeves, and removes all remaining materials after each job. Requirements: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience At least six months' direct mail or print experience preferred Basic mechanical skills and knowledge of warehouse/production procedures Strong verbal and written communication skills Good problem-solving skills and basic computer skills Strong math skills with the ability to use basic measurement tools Schedule Options: Monday - Friday 2:30p-10:30p Pay: Competitive rates with additional pay for night shifts Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, and Life Insurance eligibility within 30 days of hire Paid Time Off 401k Job Posted by ApplicantPro
