Position Summary The Program Manager - Primary Health is responsible for the day-to-day operations of primary health services, focusing on nursing services and leading and facilitating teamwork to ensure optimal care for clients, including human resources, program management and development, financial accountability, and quality and innovation. They participate in and/or lead programs, departmental and organizational initiatives, committees, and/or functions. The Program Manager - Primary Health works with Mount Carmel Clinic (MCC) management to align programs and services with client needs, integrate services within and outside MCC, and encourage teamwork and collaboration across all MCC departments. Qualifications Education BN or BSc in Nursing, a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university that pertains to health care is required. A combination of education and experience will be considered. Registration with a Professional College or Association as appropriate Certificate in Health Care Management an asset.
