Community Supports Network (CSN) is currently offering a $2,000 hiring bonus for qualified candidates who apply through 6/30/2024 and are successfully hired. **see below for qualifications & expectations** At Community Supports Network, Inc. Our mission is to support people with mental health needs and/or developmental disabilities to gain skills, knowledge, and experience to increasingly use and benefit from the resources and settings available to all citizens in our community. We are currently hiring for full-time and part-time Direct Support Professionals for ALL shifts: **swing (3p-11p) & overnights (11p-7a) **$14-$16/hour based upon experience & education **overnight schedule is a sleeping shift & is paid @ $10/hour **all schedules do require at least one weekend shift What youll need: must be 18 years of age or olderhigh school diploma or GEDvalid drivers license and current auto insurancereliable vehicle to transport during shiftpass all background checksfull range of motion, physical strength, and the ability to achieve and maintain training and certifications As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will support people in learning the skills needed to increase their independence in areas of life such as community involvement, job skills, education, personal health, and daily living skills. What youll do: assist with daily tasks/chores like cooking, cleaning, medication management support individuals to practice and maintain good hygiene run errands such as shopping and going to appointments encourage and foster individuals hobbies and interests provide habilitation & documentation follow health & safety protocols Benefits: While using your experience, talents, and passion to fulfill our Mission, CSN will support you to learn more about your strengths and how to use them to develop personal and professional growth.
