Types of Machine Operators Needed: Roll Threaders OD/ID Grinders General Machine Operators ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Review router for part processing Locate and identify materials to be processed Process part as indicated per routing sheet and work instructions Ensure proper machine set-up to ensure optimal stock removal rates and quality Use set-up sheets to ensure proper set-up Update and document set-up sheet information as required Maintain or improve upon production standards Verify specifications by performing in-process inspections or testing Complete routing paperwork Move product to next operation Train or support other operators in proper machine set-up techniques Report production time accurately and timely Maintain a safe and clean work area.
