We are looking for an enthusiastic 1st Line Software Support to join our team based in London, on a hybrid working basis. You will be in our City of London office 3 days per week, and can work remotely for 2 days per week. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of up to £28,000 per annum, depending on experience. The 1st Line Software Support role: The 1st Line Software Support Consultant provides exceptional customer service to our clients by answering questions on the function and usage of our software or cloud products via telephone and/or internet. Working with our software packages within the legal and enterprise market, you will provide a high standard of product support by answering questions on business function, configurations/setup, product functionality and usage of products via the telephone and/or Internet. Full training will be provided. Responsibilities of our 1st Line Software Support include: Provides technical support to customers, answering complex questions on function and usage of product via the telephone and/or internet Serves as primary liaison between company and client Conveys customer feedback to product development staff Possesses thorough knowledge of company’s products used by customers Keeps customer informed of how and when issues are resolved Involved in any additional follow-up, testing, and troubleshooting Responsible for appropriate referral to other departments and quality assurance areas Promotes and maintains a high quality, professional, service-oriented company image among users What we’re looking for in our 1st Line Software Support: Similar prior work experience is preferred, but not required Experience with SQL, and the ability to analyse data would be beneficial Confident and professional communication and interpersonal skills Good problem-solving abilities and logic skills Organised and process-oriented Passionate about new technologies If you.
