We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a 1099 contractor, you will work remotely and provide exceptional customer support to our clients. Responsibilities:- Serve as the first point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information.- Assist customers in navigating our website or online platform, ensuring a smooth user experience.- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within established timeframes.- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve overall customer satisfaction.- Upsell or cross-sell products or services when appropriate. Qualifications:- Proven experience in customer service or a related role.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-oriented approach.- Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly and professionally.- Proficient in using customer service software, databases, and tools.- High level of empathy and patience when dealing with customers.- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
