The Role:Join our Vivint Marketing team and help us drive brand awareness and engage with our customers. The Mobile Marketing Specialist will work on the Customer Marketing Team to drive strategy and application for our mobile app customer journey. This marketing and mobile expert will utilize data to implement campaigns driven by our revenue, retention, and loyalty teams. This individual will have knowledge of lower funnel marketing activities and utilize data and testing strategies to create scale-able in-app campaigns. This role requires experience overseeing SMS, mobile push, in-app marketing, and/or a strong understanding of lower funnel engagement channels. Responsibilities Provide channel expertise for mobile app messaging. Develop engagement and retention strategies for both the mobile app and SMS alongside revenue, retention, and loyalty manager strategies with the support of data and testing strategies. Utilize CRM/CDP segmentation to develop a better understanding of consumers and create targeted consumer journeys through app, app push campaigns, and SMS. Develop campaign implementation strategies to measure across key KPIs (engagement metrics). Drive users back into the funnel with an emphasis on engagement, revenue, and customer lifetime value. Support campaign planning, briefing, creative development, and production to measure and evaluate through multiple channels. Partner with external and internal teams to develop and provide synthesized learnings and implications for in-app activities. Partner with retention, revenue and loyalty manager strategy to leverage content and other materials to drive customer engagement. Essential Functions/Responsibilities: 40%: Strategy, storyboarding and planning 30% content creation and storytelling/implementation 30%: data analysis and reporting Required Skills: Highly analytical and comfortable with finding insights to steer channel strategies. An innate curiosity and ability to break complex analyses into concise, straightforward recommendations and marketing initiatives Experience extracting data and manipulating it for analysis and the ability to present data to various audiences and stakeholders. A 'customer-centric' mentality and experience driving audience-based initiatives. Content creation, storytelling, and copyrighting is a natural skill for you. A collaborative, 'team-first' attitude. Demonstrated time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple work streams. Required Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Mobile/Apps, SMS, Retention, e-commerce, or other related fields. 4+ years across various digital/commerce technologies and platforms. Experience working for/with the direct-to-consumer division of an omnichannel retailer (e-commerce is preferred). Bachelor's degree from a recognized 4-year college or university.
