Location: Rosedale Office Building Department: Tal Mgmt/Human Resources Shift: First Shift (United States of America) Standard Weekly Hours: 40 Summary: Responsible for assisting the Employee Relations Director and Manager in meeting the employee relations needs of the organization. Gathers information, maintains data and prepares reports for various employee relations projects, ie Affirmative Action, JCAHO, Texas Workforce Commission, etc. Works with managers and employees to assist with issues as they arise. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.Minimum of 1 year experience in Human Resources or 3 years professional experience with progressive responsibilities.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Knowledge of Federal, State and local laws and regulations affecting employees.Basic computer knowledge, letters, spreadsheets, reports, etc. Certification/Licensure: SPHR, or PHR preferred About Us: Cook Children's Health Care System Cook Children's Health Care System offers a unique approach to caring for children because we are one of the country's leading integrated pediatric health care delivery organizations.
