The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in class action defense and complex commercial litigation, preferably gained at an AmLaw 100 firm. This role requires exceptional analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a multi-matter docket effectively.Job Duties:Effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, with clients, lawyers, business professionals, and third parties.Produce high-quality legal deliverables, answer phone calls, and respond to correspondence promptly and efficiently.Provide timely, accurate, and detailed work product to meet client expectations and deadlines.Foster positive work relationships and collaborate effectively within the firm.Comply with all firm policies and practices, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.Engage in physical and sedentary activities, including extensive computer work, digital/virtual conference calls, and attending meetings as required.Perform additional duties, tasks, or special projects as assigned by supervising attorneys.Requirements:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Minimum of 4 years of litigation experience, focusing on class action defense and complex commercial litigation.Prior experience managing a multi-matter docket effectively.Previous federal clerkship experience preferred.Strong analytical and writing skills with meticulous attention to detail.Good business judgment and excellent organizational skills.Ability to work both collaboratively within a team and independently when necessary.Demonstrated oral and written communication skills, including persuasive and influential abilities.Strong research, problem-solving, and conceptual thinking skills.Bar Admission in good standing is required; Admission to the Texas Bar is mandatory.Education and Certifications:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the Texas Bar.Skills:Excellent organizational and project management skills.Ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines effectively.Proficiency in legal research and writing.Strong interpersonal skills for effective client and team communication.Ability to influence others and exercise persuasive communication.Benefits: The firm offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance and a 401(k) retirement plan.
