Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and skilled Landscape Construction Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of high-end residential landscapes, ensuring exceptional quality and timely delivery. You will work closely with our award-winning Landscape Architects, clients, and internal teams to manage projects from inception to completion, including the transition to ongoing maintenance. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage project budgets and contracts Communicate effectively with clients, general contractors, design teams, and subcontractors Oversee all aspects of landscape construction projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery Collaborate with Maintenance Project Managers to ensure seamless project transitions Participate in horticulture, equipment, and safety training for field staff Requirements: 5+ years of professional landscape experience Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, Horticulture, or a related field (desired) 3+ years of client service experience within the landscape industry Proficiency in MS Office and experience with BlueBeam software (preferred) Strong ability to read plan sets and specifications, with the ability to quickly sketch details for clarification and review Excellent written and oral communication skills Valid Washington State driver's license Benefits: 100% Employee-Owned company through our Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) Dynamic work environment and strong company culture Paid Time Off and 9 Company Holidays Comprehensive benefits package, including: Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Company-paid Life Insurance and Long Term Disability 401K plan with up to a 3.5% Company Match Powered by JazzHR
