DARCARS Automotive Group is looking for General Sales Manager Potential Earning Based on Experience of 80K to 150K Our General Sales Manager is responsible for profitability in both the new and used vehicle departments and for customer retention. To achieve this, he/she must effectively manage sales personnel, have a strong knowledge of the market, and an in-depth understanding of all sales departments’ financial data as well as strong customer relations skills. In this role, you'll primarily: Oversee training and development of sales staff Forecast goals and objectives for sales, gross, and key expenses on a monthly and annual basis Prepare and administer an annual operating forecast and budget for the new and used-vehicle sales department.
