Volt is immediately hiring for Manufacturing Support Tech in NEWBURYPORT, Massachusetts 01950As a Manufacturing Support Tech you will do:GENERAL SUMMARYResponsible for the setup, calibration, maintenance, and operation of microelectronic equipment and process for wafer, die, and package processing. Implement recommended enhancements to product and process flow. Follow prescribed procedures to troubleshoot process and equipment related issues.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONSSetup, maintain, and operate microelectronic assembly equipmentApply company policies and procedures to resolve routine issuesWorks with engineers and team to improve process to meet yield and cycle time requirementsCollects and evaluate operating data to conduct on-line adjustments to product, instruments, or equipmentWorks with engineers to conduct experiments and perform rework and quality testing related to the production of parts, components, subassemblies, and final assemblies.OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESTrain employees on equipment operation and processWrite basic specifications and training documentationPREPARATION, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIESAssociates degree in a technical field or a minimum 3 years of relatedelectronic/semiconductor assembly experience.Skillso Basic computer skills with an understanding of Microsoft Office software suite.o Pays close attention to detailsSchedule: 1st shift MONDAY To Friday 7am-3:30PM Rate: $23.00-26/hrLocation: NEWBURYPORT, Massachusetts 01950*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Qualified candidates should?APPLY NOW?for immediate consideration!
