IT Operations Manager Servsys Corp Irving, TX Reqs: Bachelor in Bus. Admin., Fin., IT, or related & two yrs exp.; or 8 yrs exp. Exp. must include manage company budget, analyze financial data; manage tech. infrastrctr incl. hardware, software & IT supp.; manage operat'l, financial & legal risks; & prepare reports on staff, recruit activity & financial performance. Duties include: Evaluate company operat'l processes to increase effic'y, reduce costs & improve quality to clients; ensure compliance w/legal & reg. reqs., incl. employ. law, health & safety regs. & data protect. laws; maintain compliance w/Fed. regs. & ensure all relevant docs & workflows in place; oversee HR activities; create, review, approve & sign contracts & agreements; manage & communicate w/clients, candidates & stakeholders to ensure efficient operat'l processes.
