The ideal candidate will be crucial in handling complex transactions, advising clients on energy and infrastructure projects, and contributing to the firm's growth and client satisfaction.Duties:Interact directly with clients to provide intelligent legal advice with integrity.Lead the drafting of complex transaction documentation and negotiate terms on behalf of clients.Take ownership of day-to-day matters within complex transactions.Supervise and mentor junior attorneys, fostering their professional development.Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.Contribute to creating a positive work environment aligned with the firm’s vision.Requirements:3+ years of experience in projects, project finance, or infrastructure law, acquired in private practice or in-house.Admission to the New York, California, and Texas Bar.Strong drafting skills with a keen attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Well-developed analytical skills to navigate complex legal issues effectively.Education and Certifications:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the Bar in at least one of the following states: New York, California, or Texas.Skills:Ability to lead and manage complex transactions independently.Proficiency in legal research and analysis.Capability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
