The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of litigation experience, with a strong background in energy and environmental law preferred.Duties:Conduct legal research and draft memoranda on energy and environmental regulatory issues.Assist in the preparation and filing of regulatory filings and compliance documentation.Represent clients in administrative hearings and proceedings related to energy and environmental matters.Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and provide litigation support.Requirements:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the North Carolina State Bar in good standing.2-5 years of meaningful litigation experience, preferably focusing on energy and environmental law.Excellent oral and written advocacy skills, with a demonstrated ability to articulate complex legal arguments clearly and persuasively.Certifications:Certification or coursework in energy or environmental law (preferred ).Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work products.Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.Benefits:Competitive salary commensurate with experience.Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance and retirement plan options.Professional development opportunities and support for continuing legal education.
