You will be guaranteed Full-Time hours and benefits, including PTO. Client needs will vary from companion care to clinically complex care for spinal cord and brain injury clients. The CNA Specialist is a unique role that will service multiple clients and may have to commute up to an hour distance. The Specialist will work closely with the Manager of Clinical Practice to help coordinate care needs of the clients work on our admission team to start new cases.Required Experience, Education, Skills & AbilitiesGraduate of an accredited CNA program, with current active and unrestricted license.2 years CNA experience required; 1-2 years in home health care or rehabilitation experience preferred.Demonstrate empathy, caring and self-confidence; ability to pay attention to details resulting in thorough follow through; anticipate problems in advance and know whether to diffuse or escalate; prioritize and demonstrate a sense of urgency.Knowledgeable of the signs of emergent situations and interventions required for individual clients.High level of critical thinking and problem-solving skills.Credential RequirementsCurrent CPR Card (Required)TB or Chest X-Ray Results (Required)CNA License (if applicable) (Required)For more details: https://jobs-search.org/full-time_marietta-c428347/full-time-cna-specialist-marietta_i2204057602
