We are seeking candidates who currently reside in Orange County.Learn more at: https://enclaveremodeling.com/ Position Overview: As a Project Manager at Enclave Remodeling, INC., you'll lead custom remodel projects to successful completion. Our ideal hire brings customer service, construction knowledge, attention to detail, and a "can do" mentality. If this sounds like you please apply. Key Responsibilities: Oversee projects from initiation to completion. Direct construction procedures efficiently to ensure seamless execution. Collaborate with engineers, architects, designers, and clients to ensure project specifications are met. Select and manage subcontractors to maintain quality standards. Provide regular updates to keep clients informed. Negotiate with subcontractors and vendors to secure competitive prices. Manage permits and procurement of materials/equipment. Ensure all work aligns with our high standards through on-site checks. Qualifications: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management within the residential construction industry. At least 10 years of relevant trade experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software, with a strong preference for candidates experienced in BuilderTrend or similar. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Demonstrated ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously. Strong organizational and time management skills. Knowledge of construction processes, architecture, and design principles. Clean driving record and reliable transportation. Ability to meet the physical requirements of the job, including standing, sitting, walking, kneeling, and squatting across various terrains.
