Position Overview: As an administrative assistant in a busy construction restoration company, I keep subcontractor and employee files updated, maintain the employee directory, answer calls, add new jobs to the job board, update job notes, handle rebates, keep thank you cards current, and assist the admin manager with various other tasks. Daily Task: Update Subcontractor and employee files Add and update Employee directory and contact lists Answer calls when needed Adds new jobs to Albi and Job Board once information from the call is received Update job notes as appropriate Handle rebates appropriately, Home Depot and Menards PIF Thank You cards up to date Assist and Complete additional tasks assigned by AM Qualifications: Previous Admin Asst exp. is a plus Previous experience in Restoration is a plus but not a must Proficiency in Google Workspace Good attention to details Benefits and Compensation: $35k-$45k Comprehensive health benefits package plus 401(k) match.
