We are seeking someone to join our team focused on customer service and sales growth! As Assistant Manager, you'll support store operations, lead your team, and drive sales through excellent customer service. Expect to wear many hats, from hiring and training to cash management and inventory. This hourly position requires hard work, dedication, and a passion for serving others. Hiring Location: Cypress Compensation: Competitive Salary Rate of $20.00 per hour Key Responsibilities: Customer Driven Product Ambassador People Developer Effective Communicator Ability to Drive Change Ownership Mindset Committed to Integrity Active Planner Responsibilities, Abilities & Skills: Sales Building Check-Up Report & CAP ownership Daily, Weekly, Weekly Cleaning delegation & Execution Interviews, Hiring & Training Assist with the Store Schedule Cash Management Ordering & Inventory Minimum Job Requirements: Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, and walking Must be able to regularly lift at least 45 lbs.
