About being our Senior Survey Project Manager As our Senior Survey Project Manager , you will lead the Land Survey team's operations, providing leadership, mentorship, and guidance to your staff, managing premier transportation projects, including active rail, freeway, and utility projects throughout California. Responsibility Highlights for our Senior Survey Project Manager Prepare scopes of work, negotiate contracts, prepare presentations and proposals, respond to RFPs/RFQs, and assist with recruitment and lead interviews Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging existing client relationships and developing new ones Oversee the technical work of other surveyors, CAD drafters, and sub-consultants Foster a collaborative and motivating work environment, promoting teamwork and professional growth among team members, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices Minimum Qualifications to be our Senior Survey Project Manager Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) or Professional Engineering (PE) License 10+ years of progressively responsible Land Survey experience 5+ years' experience in Project ManagementBenefits You Would Get as our Senior Survey Project Manager Enjoy hybrid and flexible work schedules, an inclusive benefit package providing medical, dental, and vision coverage for employee and qualifying family members, a 401(k) with immediate vested company match and an Employee Stock Ownership Plan that is 100% paid by Psomas!
