KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Receive inbound FedEx, USP, DHL, scan into tracking system, deliver and obtain signatures. Deliver and obtain signatures. Verify accuracy of all scans and deliveries Collect outbound packages and prepare according to set guidelines releasing packages to Fed Ex and couriers. Provide excellent customer service, accurately track packages, and respond to customers viaemail. Prepare outbound branch mail through courier and FedEx. Must be computer literate, detail oriented Complete daily/weekly reporting. Other duties as assigned Minimum Requirement Position requires proficiency in Microsoft and PC operational skills.
