The position offers substantial opportunities to gain financial and technical expertise, professional development, and upward mobility, while taking on a substantial amount of responsibility in transaction execution, client management, and new business development.General ResponsibilitiesPreparing, analyzing, and explaining historical and projected financial informationAssisting in the preparation of financial models and business valuationsConducting industry and company-specific business due diligenceCreating client marketing presentations, memoranda, and deliverablesAttending client meetingsDrafting and collaborating on pitch presentations and associated materialsDeveloping an understanding of the underlying trends that affect the Healthcare industryCoordinating, researching, and creating industry market research publicationsAssisting in the development and continued cultivation of client, prospective client, and professional advisor relationshipsBasic QualificationsBachelor's degree or Military ExperienceAt least 1 year of investment banking, private equity, transaction advisory, or public accounting experiencePreferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or economicsStrong analytical, quantitative, problem solving, and conceptual skillsKnowledge of general accounting and finance principlesExceptional interpersonal, verbal communication, and writing skillsAbility to work independently in a fast-paced environmentStrong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for excellenceA working knowledge of spreadsheet and word processing software programsFINRA Licenses - 63, 79, SIE At this time, TripleTree as part of Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position. #CapMkts #TripleTreeThe minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.New York City (Hybrid On-Site):$110,000 - $120,000 for Analyst, Mergers and AcquisitionsCandidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter.This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
