The Front of House (FOH) Manager works with Juice Journey VA to provide exceptional customer service. The right candidate will lead FOH staff in a friendly, fast-paced, healthy restaurant environment to ensure a seamless culinary experience for our guests. Manages FOH staff which includes scheduling, training, and general supervision. The right candidate will ensure efficient restaurant operation, as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards. You'll oversee the back of the house and front of house, dining room, greeting customers with enthusiasm, care, and genuine compassion. We'll expect you to lead by example to uplift our staff during busy moments in our fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Coordinate daily Front of the House restaurant operations Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction Continuously getting to know guests Respond efficiently and accurately to customer concerns Regularly review product quality and research new vendors Organize and supervise shifts Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils and cleaning products Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations Manage restaurant's good image and suggest ways to improve it Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste Promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations balances daily and nightly cash drawers. Requirements Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager, Hospitality Manager, or similar role Proven customer service experience as a manager Ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait staff Strong leadership, motivational and people skills Skills Communication Teamwork Oriented Maintains Effective Energy Level Organized Punctual
