Description:
Position Summary: This candidate would be responsible for general maintenance care and cleanliness throughout the facility. Essential Duties: Perform general maintenance throughout building, including plumbing repairs, repair of desks and chairs, HVAC preventative maintenance, etc. Responsible for office, breakrooms, bathrooms and building cleaning, including vacuuming, trash, bathroom cleanliness, and associated supplies inventory, etc. Diagnose and repair minor plumbing and electrical problems; replace a variety of light bulbs and lighting accessories. Assist in daily operations for cleaning, HVAC controls, electrical, etc. Education/Experience: Preferred: High School Diploma or equivalent Competencies: Work well with others Organizational skills Excellent verbal and written English language skills Good hand-eye coordination Self-motivated, proactive and resourceful Positive and professional attitude Reacts quickly and adapts to changes in priorities, circumstances and direction Physical Requirements: Ability to stand on your feet all day Ability to lift 25lbs or more Ability to climb ladders
